Darrell is a great, honest mechanic, he rescued my partner and I after our alternator busted on the Hume travelling Camberra-Melbourne. He towed our vehicle to the Chiltern depot (in Howlong NSW technically as it's a border area) and provided the best service anyone could offer. Cheers mate!

Fantastic Service With A Smile!Friday afternoon, breakdown on the Hume, 20 km from Albury, NRMA contacted, police happen by, tow-truck arrives, car loaded swiftly, two replacement external drive belts details sorted on the spot and ordered, car taken back to Howlong. By Saturday around lunchtime car repaired. Picked up a little later in the day.How good an overall service is this? Fantastic, Howlong Motors people. Absolutely full marks in all respects. Very friendly and helpful staff. Darrell is a very smart boss. He made me a good price and did not try to trick me as some places do with backpackers. I came back to them a couple times for questions and they always helped me out super fine! Thank you to the whole team!
